Port parking

There are short and long term parking facilities opposite the terminal. Caravans cannot be left in the car park, but passengers arriving or leaving on the ship to Cherbourg may park 'overnight' in the car lanes for a £10.00 fee. The vehicle is parked at your own risk and should not be left unattended. The toilet facilities are open from 06:00 to midnight. Please call 01202 440220 for details.

Getting to Poole port

By car

Poole is linked by the A31 to the M27, and from there to the M3 to London. The A350 runs north to Bristol, and the A35 to Dorchester and Exeter. Once in town, drivers are advised to head into the town centre and then follow signs for the port.

By train

Poole railway station is centrally situated and is about 20-25 minutes walk from the ferry terminal.

By coach

Passengers should contact their local coach station or National Express for schedules and information.

By foot

It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal from the town centre.
